The learning session is focused on peer-to-peer discussion and learning. All team members are required to attend.
Activities for this learning session include:
- Learning about how another team has integrated the Activation/Flourishing assessment tool into their EHR and workflow.
- Participating in a facilitated discussion about strategies to increase client engagement, activation, and flourishing in telehealth for communities of focus.
- Learning from another team about how peers in their organization engaged their community to design a digital behavioral health technology that became the model for CalHOPE.
- Working in small groups with other teams to explore how to integrate transformational advocacy into the evolution of your telehealth programs.
- Presentation from Dr. Jei Africa, Assistant Director of San Mateo Health and Human Services, who will facilitate a discussion exploring behavioral changes you and others in your agency can test to advance equity, not just in the silo of telehealth but across the organization.
