Welcome to Cultivating Outcomes through Equity in Behavioral Telehealth (COE-BT)
Demand for behavioral health services has skyrocketed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and heightened global awareness of structural racism and discrimination. This disproportionally impacted communities of color and highlighted longstanding disparities in access to high quality behavioral health services.
COE-BT is a learning collaborative that helps behavioral health organizations further develop innovative and equitable telehealth and hybrid services that promote meaningful outcomes for individuals in historically marginalized communities.

The COE-BT Vision
To improve California’s behavioral health care system for everyone.
In collaboration with communities experiencing historic behavioral health inequities, behavioral health organizations will advance behavioral telehealth and hybrid practices that ensure timely access to high quality services that lead to meaningful life outcomes for clients.
