Dr. Meyers is a senior thought partner with the Center for Care Innovation where he also serves as a coach for their state-wide Connected Care Accelerator initiative and their nation-wide Virtual Care Innovation Network. He serves as a telehealth subject-matter-expert with the California Healthcare Safety Net Institute and, in collaboration with them, authored the Virtual Care Strategic and Tactical Deployment Maturity Self-Assessment Model and the Patient Portal Redeployment Guide and Resource Toolkit. His work in telehealth has included the curation of a library of over 700 publications and safety net deployment examples. His areas of expertise include emerging telehealth policy, planning and operational deployment in the healthcare safety net.
