In this role, Ms. Clancy designs and leads new key initiatives that promote health equity for individuals using the behavioral health system. Ms. Clancy has a successful history of working with counties, statewide agencies, provider organizations, advocacy organizations, and health plans to propel large scale quality improvement programs and initiatives.
