Ms. Moreno is trained in evidence-based counseling and mental health support strategies, specializing in client engagement. She is experienced in project management across a variety of fields, including safety-net behavioral health, behavioral health tech start-ups, and habeas corpus services. As the Operations Director and Engagement Specialist for EM Consulting, Mr. Moreno develops content and facilitates learning and development workshops and other activities for the Flourish counseling team. She is the lead client engagement strategist and provides direct counseling services. In every context, she is centered in her commitment to equity, and a deep passion for making positive contributions to people’s health and quality of life at work, home, and in their communities.
