Creating an Action Plan to Dismantle Structural Racism
Trainer: Ruth Shim, MD, MPH
The course helps to prepare participants to implement strategies to dismantle structural racism in their own mental health care organizations.
Participants will learn about effective strategies for dismantling structural racism and will also contemplate who to adapt these strategies in their organizations. Barriers to success and plans for sustainability will be discussed. Participants will develop clear commitments to action and consider how technology and telemedicine intersects with this plan.

Learning Objectives
